Virtual and hybrid events are more relevant than ever. The year 2020 has shown us that events cannot always be held as face-to-face events as planned. We take care of the approbation and certification of your event according to national or international criteria.

 

  • Correspondence with the certification institutes as for example the academy of doctors or the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME)
  • Execution of the approbation process in coordination with the scientific institutes and in cooperation with the organiser of the event
  • Forwarding of respective documents (scientific programmes, lists of participants etc.) to the approbation institute
  • Monitoring of the programme sequence and guarantee that the programme follows the standard of an accredited event
  • Preparation of a certificate of attendance according to the norms of the accreditation institute
  • Acquisition of the credit score of the participants (i.e. digital attendance check)
  • Forwarding of certificates of attendance to the participants after the congress
  • If required: Forwarding of the credit scores of the participants to the respective medical association
